WHERE ARE YOUR CRYSTALS SOURCED?

We source our crystals from all over the world! We attend gem shows and form connections through wholesalers to bring you the best quality crystals.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We do currently offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. We do not have free shipping for international orders.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Due to the fragileness of the crystals, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you love a piece before purchasing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

Once an order leaves our hands, we have no control of what happens, but every order includes insurance for $100. If you have issues with your order, please contact us by email at unicorngove@yahoo.com.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do! Simply use our search bar to search for gift card and get it sent straight to your email of choice.

DO YOU COVER TAXES AND DUTIES?

We do not cover any taxes or duties. This is the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional taxes and fees within their country.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE?

Please make sure all shipping details are accurate when checking out. If you find you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier you selected at checkout. We do not refund orders for incorrect addresses.
